Product Description Of NCP3063DR2G

NCP3063DR2G is a 1.5A, Step-Up/Down/Inverting Switching Regulators, it consist of an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, a controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, a driver and a high current output switch. This series was specifically designed to be incorporated in Step−Down, Step−Up and Voltage−Inverting applications with a minimum number of external components.
