Medium-current industrial / telecommunications MicroSiP™ modules
- TPS82130: 3A output, 3V–17V input, DCS-Control™ control architecture, 2MHz switching frequency, supports automatic PWM/PSM switching, wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C, built-in PG (Power Good) signal and programmable soft-start; commonly used in SSDs and industrial boards.
- TPS82140: 2A version, 3V–17V input, pin-compatible with the TPS82130, supports 100% duty cycle operation with low dropout voltage, features thermal shutdown and intermittent short-circuit protection; suitable for network equipment and small industrial control units.
- TPSM82903: 3A MicroSiP™ buck module, 3V–17V input, output voltage accuracy of ±1%, configurable switching frequency of 1MHz or 2.5MHz, low quiescent current of just 4μA at light load, supports switching between forced PWM and power-saving modes; the preferred choice for optical modules and single-board computers.

Low-current, low-power MicroSiP™ modules
- TPS82084/TPS82085: 2A/3A, 2.5V–6V input, up to 95% conversion efficiency, compliant with CISPR11 Class B EMI standards, supports pre-biased start-up and output discharge; suitable for embedded motherboards and audio-video control systems.
- TPS82671: 600mA micro-module, 2.3mm × 2.9mm ultra-thin BGA package, 5.5MHz high-frequency operation, optional spread-spectrum PWM for noise reduction; commonly used in battery-powered portable devices.
- TPS82740A/B: Ultra-low quiescent current variants, with a typical quiescent current of just 360 nA, a maximum output of 200 mA, and an input range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V; the output voltage is selected via pin configuration. Designed for energy harvesting, wearables and low-power sensor nodes.
- TPSM8282x series (TPSM82821/82822/82823): 1A/2A/3A, 2.4 V to 5.5 V input, 0.6 V to 4 V adjustable output; fixed-voltage versions available at 1.2 V, 1.8 V and 3.3 V; module thickness of just 1.1 mm; power supply solutions for high-density optical modules and machine vision.
