The SGM42500 is a high-performance brushed DC motor driver from SGMICRO. It features an H-bridge topology and integrates four N-MOSFETs, providing a peak output current of up to 3.6A over a wide voltage range of 7V to 40V. The typical on-resistance of this device is only 0.41Ω (HS + LS, +25℃), which significantly reduces power loss and temperature rise, providing a cost-effective domestic solution for small and medium-power motor drive scenarios.

The SGM42500 supports IN1/IN2 PWM control interfaces, allowing the motor to rotate forward, reverse, brake, and regulate speed using the input pins.
